The National Center for State Courts — an independent, private nonprofit corporation, chartered in 1971, targeting the betterment of courts nationwide and around the world, and also the secretariat for NAPCO — produces an annual publication called Report on Trends in State Courts. There is also an online “monthly” edition of Trends that includes multimedia clips from authors to highlight and expand on written articles.
The focus of Trends is on identifying what’s on the horizon for state courts and informing the national community of courts about new directions and ideas. NAPCO encourages all court leaders to review these emerging issues and challenges.
